From Cabot, Pennsylvania, James Junk sent us this photo of his pretty setter, Heidi, staking out his gun case to ensure she won’t be left behind.

Katie (background) honors her brother Hoss during a hunt with Brian Woods near their home in Pittsboro, Indiana. Brian says the two seasoned dogs are inseparable and love to hunt together.

During a hot hunt in Arizona, Ken Williams took a shot of his friends and their dogs Annie (left) and Sona taking advantage of a desert watering hole. Ken lives in Jersey, Arkansas.
Longtime subscriber Brian Hill sent us this shot of Onna. The photo was taken several years ago. We hope they’re both still hunting in Petoskey, Michigan.

Feathers still stuck to his nose, Dunkel takes a break after chasing a wing. Good hunting times are ahead for owner Neil Pipilorn of Green Bay, Wisconsin.

On point in the backyard in Moore Haven, Florida, Deutsch Fritz von Raselharp belongs to James Rumsey.
This is Pepper Dot Dixie. During a recent national field trial, she placed second over 60 other dogs. Owner Glenn Hillhouse of Centre, Alabama, is understandably proud.
Daisy’s favorite way to chill is a little bit more refined. She keeps cool in Gansevoort, New York, with Ted McEachron.
Ahhhh! Roarke cools off after a good day’s hunt. Owner Ron Rollins of Vacaville, California, was there to catch the moment.
Dolly was the first one of the litter to figure out how to get on top of the dog house. Thanks to Rob Jones of Independence, Missouri.
What a pretty picture! Molly (left) and Shiloh belong to Bernard Konkel of Reding, California.
